Open Positions

SiLo is seeking a versatile IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for all technology-related issues, providing comprehensive technical troubleshooting for hardware (computers, telephones), software, and application errors, while offering timely assistance to employees for IT requests, workstation changes, and software maintenance.
